DECREE NO 942

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That on January 28, 2015, the Legislative Assembly met the motion of several Members on behalf of the Director General of Protocol and Orders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the sense granted permission to the Mrs. Idalia Gertrudis Menjívar Campos, so you can accept the Order "The Sun of Peru", in the Degree of "Grand Cross", which has been conferred upon you by the Government of the Republic of Peru.

II.-That in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinary 23rd of Art. 131 of the Constitution, it is appropriate to grant you the requested permission.

THEREFORE,

in use of its Constitutional faculty established in Art. 131, Ordinary 23rd and at the initiative of the Othon Deputies Sigfrido Reyes Morales and Irma Lourdes Palacios Vasquez.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-Grant the Salvadoran citizen Idalia Gertrudis Menjívar Campos, so that she can accept the Order "The Sun of Peru", in the Grade of "Gran Cruz", which has been conferred by the Government of the Republic of Peru.

Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
