DECREE NO 950

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That the Community Aid Foundation, is a non-profit, non-profit, non-profit, member of an international community service entity,

whose objectives, among others, are to provide a service

II.-That for the achievement of their goals they have an alliance with Monsignor Romero Foundation, to support the medical days it performs, for the benefit of people with scarce resources, for which they will use medicines and

medical, office, support material and gifts donated,

"III." That according to the powers conferred upon this Legislative Assembly by the Constitution of the Republic, it is appropriate to exonerate the payment of taxes, including a check-out, that may cause the introduction to the country the entry of the medical team, as well as the migratory rights of the The doctors who will participate

FOR TANTO,

in use of its Constitutional faculties and at the initiative of the Deputy Francisco José Zablah Safie.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-The payment of all types of taxes, including winegage, except for the

Tax on the Transfer of Furniture and Services (VAT), which may cause the introduction to the country in favor of the Foundation of Aid Community (FUNDACOM) of the following medical team: forty-six (46) hospital beds used in good conditions, fifty-six (56) boxes

containing medical supplies among them, bandages, elastic bandages, dialysis bags, Syringes, curites; one (1) stretcher for electrocardiogram examinations; one (1) wheelchair; one (1) adult person; one (1) x-ray screen; eight (8) portable adult services;

eight (8) patients ' bathing chairs; one (1) washing service (1); two (2) trolleys to distribute medicines to patients; one (1) portable dialysis machine; and one (1) small office bank.

The exemptions granted are without prejudice to the supervision and control to be exercised by the respective tax authorities.

Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
