DECREE NO 970

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That the Association Active Club Twenty Thirty of the City of San Miguel Number

Quinientos Once, is a non-profit association, that among its objectives are: to dedicate itself to meet the needs of the Salvadoran children; encouraging altruistic services for the benefit of society; promoting

healthy and auspicious cultural events; among other altruistic purposes.

II.-That the Association Active Club Twenty Thirty of the City of San Miguel Number

Quinientos Once, have organized a concert called "Lunada Fest 2015", to be held in the Tropiclub of El Cuco beach, in San Miguel, on April 4 of this year, from 08:00 p.m.; and that the income obtained

of the production of said event, will be used by the Association, for the attainment of its purposes.

III.-That according to the faculties that this Assembly Legislative gives you

the Constitution of the Republic, it is appropriate to exonerate the payment of taxes, which can cause all the income obtained by the realization of the LUNADA FEST 2015, in addition the event will have the presentation of artists

international, of which also exoneration is requested, this not including the right of action to be paid to the Artists ' Union, referred to in Art. 62-A of the Law on Migration.

FOR TANTO,

in use of its Constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputy Margarita Rodriguez, and of the Santiago Deputies Flores Alfaro and Abner Ivan Torres Ventura.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-Exonerase to the Association Active Club Twenty Thirty of the City of San Miguel Number

Quinientos Once, from the payment of taxes, except for the Tax on the Transfer of Bines Furniture and to the Service of Services (VAT), which can cause all the income earned by the realization of the 2015 LUNADA FEST, which will be held in the Tropiclub of El Cuco beach, in San Miguel, the next

4 April of this year, and the presentation of international artists in the event, this does not include the right of action to be paid to the Artists ' Union, which is referred to in Art. 62-A of the Law on Migration.

The exemption granted is without prejudice to the surveillance and control to be exercised by the respective tax agencies. The representatives of the Association will also have to present to this Assembly within 45 days after the introduction of these goods, a report duly
