THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING: I. by Legislative Decree No. 867, dated November 20, 2014, published in the Journal

V. That the square in reference was not incorporated during the budget formulation process 2015,
because the reform was approved at a later date than the presentation of the 2015 Wage Bill to the Legislative Assembly; that it is required to incorporate into the current Wage Law of 2015, the position of Director of Circuit of National Theatres, with a monthly salary of $3,000.00 and an annual cost of $39,415, which must be entered in the Budget Unit 01 Direction and Institutional Management, Line of Work 02 General Administration and will be financed by Resources scheduled under the item 54 Procurement of Goods and Services of the Ramo.

VI. That with the purpose that the Ramo of Government and Territorial Development can fulfill to the commitments established in the Collective Contract approved and on the basis of the ordered by the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, it is necessary to reform the current Wage Law of 2015, making the corresponding adjustments and adding a square of Circuit Director of National Theatres.
