DECREE NO 955
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities comprising the
Department of St. Vincent, does not conform to the present development of the technology in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II. The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to perform a
delimitation and precise demarcation of these limits.
III. The process of dialogue between the municipalities
involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Geographic Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act SAN ILDEFONSO-SESORI with reference N ° 1007-1219, which is taken as the basis for the content of the present
Decree and annexed as an integral part of it.
IV.-That in accordance with Art. 131 ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution is competence of
this State Organ decree, authentically interpret, reform and repeal secondary laws.

DECRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of San Ildefonso and Sesori of the Departments of San Vicente and San Miguel, the following:
The trace of the municipal limit consists of a journey, composed of a section, determined by two points, numbered one to two, by natural hydrographic element.
The measurement of the coordinates corresponding to the longitude and latitude of each of the points that make up the limit, has been carried out on the cadastral information of the old system, because
in the Eastern zone, specifically the San Vicente and San Miguel, the update of the cadastral base has not yet been performed.
