DECREE NO 961
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the Association of Italian Ladies, is an apolitical and non-profit entity, whose objectives, among others, are to promote and to carry out activities
charities, social assistance, charity, promotion cultural, scientific, literary and artistic.
II.-What for the achievement of its objectives will introduce to the country merchandise from Italy, which will be marketed in the event called ITALIAN BAZAR, to be held in the facilities of the Italian Assistenza, in two dates
different, one in June and another in December of the This year, the funds will be used to finance the charitable programs they carry out.
III.-That according to the powers conferred upon this Legislative Assembly by the Constitution of the Republic, it is appropriate to exonerate the payment of taxes, including bodegage, which may cause the introduction to the country of merchandise in reference.

Art. 1.-The benefit of the Italian Ladies ' Association, of the payment of taxes, including
