DECREE NO 1013
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 867, dated November 20, 2014, published in Official Journal No. 229, Volume N ° 405, of December 8 of that
same year, the Salaries Law was voted on tax financial year 2015.
II.-That the authorities of the Ministry of Education, together with representatives of the Teachers 'and Workers' Unions of the Ministry of Education, agreed to increase by five percent monthly the
salary The basis for all the teaching and administrative staff of the Ministry and ten per cent for the classes, excluding the seats of staff members and government staff.
III.-That by Legislative Decree No. 964, dated March 25, 2015, published in Official Journal No 62 Tomo No 407 of 9 April of the same year, the Law on the Salaries of the present fiscal year, being of justice, that the referred
adjustment is applied retroactively, considering that savings have been identified, product of budget allocations available in the mentioned Ramo, which would not require Additional reinforcements.

in use of its Constitutional powers and on the initiative of Deputy Jaime Gilberto Valdés Hernández.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-The effects of Legislative Decree No. 964, dated March 25, 2015, published in Official Journal No. 62, Volume No. 407 of April 9 of the same year, through which the Salaries Law of Fiscal Year 2015 was reformed, corresponding to the Education Industry will apply from 1 of
January of this year.
Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
