DECREE NO 1015

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That in compliance with the provisions of Art. 122 of the Constitution, the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of El Salvador, must meet to initiate

his period and without the need for a call, on the day one of May I start a period.

II.-That the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court of Justice, in a resolution of the twelve hours with forty-one minutes of the day of April 28 of the current year, resolved to suspend the inauguration of the deputies and deputies elected by

DECCRETA, the following:

Transitional provision that allows the implementation of the administrative obligations of the Legislative Assembly.

Art. 1.-Authorize the Managers of the Legislative Assembly, so that within the framework of their powers established in the Rules of Procedure, while the Board of Directors is not appointed, they may carry out the administrative acts indispensable to the functioning of the institution. They must give

compliance with the legal and administrative obligations of this institution, for which, and in accordance with the Manual of Procedures, they have been authorized.

As set out in the previous paragraph, it is intended to all administrative operations of the Legislative Assembly are not interrupted.

Art. 2.-The Management of Human Resources is empowered to carry out the extension of existing contracts, on the proposal of the coordinators of the Parliamentary Groups.

The coordinators of the Parliamentary Groups must notify the Management of Human Resources,

contracts that will not be renewed from April 30 this year; notification

Management and Finance Manager shall also be empowered to comply with the financial obligations of the institution, such as payment of salaries, leases, payment to suppliers

and meet any other financial obligations legally acquired by this Legislative Assembly.

In order to comply with the above, the Management and Finance Manager may request registration

of signatures on the banks of the Financial System or any other institution that is required for the application of the provisions set forth in this Decree.

Art. 3.-The Management of Communications is empowered to carry out institutional publications and print, and to coordinate institutional activities with the other organs and institutions of the State.

Art. 4.-This Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal, and its effects shall expire on the day on which the Board of the Legislative Assembly takes possession, which is satisfied as a result of the elections of the March of the year.
