DECREE NO 20
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities comprising the Department of Freedom does not conform to the present development of the technology
in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II. The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III. dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Institute
Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act HUIZUCAR-SAN MARCOS with reference N ° 0506-0612, which is taken as the basis for the content of the present Decree and annexed as an integral part of it.
IV.-That the Municipal Code in its Art. 23 establishes that it is the faculty of the Legislative Assembly to decree the definition of territorial limits.
V.-That according to Art. 131 Ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution is the competence of this First State Authority to decree, to interpret authentically, to reform
and to repeal secondary laws.

DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Huizucar and San Marcos of the Departments of La Libertad and San Salvador, the following:
The stroke of the limit is made up of eight commutes. The first journey formed of five sections, determined with six points, numbered one to six, per natural hydrographic element; the second

difficult to be able to observe it with the naked eye, given the winding of the terrain, where the point is located number two, with an approximate distance of three hundred one point fifty-six meters.
