DECREE NO 23
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Peace, does not conform to the present development of the technology in
registration and of territorial measurement; nor to the
II.-What with the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.

Tenorio Guerrero and former Deputies Manuel Vicente Menjívar, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Carlos Cortez Hernandez, Nery Arely Diaz Aguilar, Santos Guevara Ramos, Karla Gisela Abrego and Mildred Guadalupe Machado.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the municipalities of San Juan Talpa and San Luis Talpa, both of the Department of La Paz, the following:
The line of the Municipal Limit is composed of seven commutes. The first journey consisting of four sections, determined by five points, numbered one to five, per natural hydrographic element; the second journey consisting of a single section, determined by two numbered points
from five to six, The third journey, consisting of a single section, determined by two numbered points from six to seven, by land communication; the fourth journey, consisting of two sections, determined by three numbered points of the seven to nine, by line of plots; the fifth journey, consisting of a single section, determined by two points, numbered from nine to ten,

per natural hydrographic element; the sixth path, consisting of two tranches, determined by three points, numbered from ten to twelve, by plot lines; the seventh and last path, formed by a single
stretch, determined by two numbered points from twelve to thirteen, by land communication.
Trifinium point of start. It is located at the interception of the central axis of the old street that
leads to the City of El Rosario, with the central axis of the Rio Comalapa, where the number one point is located, at the same time trifinium for the municipalities of Tapalhuaca, San Luis Talpa and San Juan Talpa, all of the Department of La Paz. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred and ninety-two thousand
nine point sixty-four meters; latitude equal, two hundred and sixty-four thousand four hundred and eighty-five points twenty-five meters. Tramo one, from point number one to the number two point. With a southeastern course, in a winding line,
by the central axis of the Comalapa River, downstream, to intercept the central axis of the old highway leading to the City of Zacatecoluca, where the number two point is located, with a distance Approximately two hundred and forty-eight point twelve meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and ninety-two thousand seven point forty-nine meters; latitude equal, two hundred and sixty
and four thousand two hundred and sixty-seven-point eighty-five meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of San Juan Talpa, plot sixty-four, of the sector zero eight eleven U zero three; for the Municipality of San Luis Talpa, plot two hundred and fifty-seven, of the sector zero eight thirteen U zero eight.

is located the point number four, with an approximate distance of one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven points nineteen meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and ninety-one thousand three hundred and forty-nine-point twelve meters; the same latitude, two hundred and sixty-two thousand two hundred and ninety and
six point fifty-two meters. equal latitude, two hundred and sixty-one thousand seven hundred and forty-seven point fourteen meters.
