DECREE NO 37

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 934 dated January 21, 2015, published in Official Journal No. 20, Volume N ° 406, of the 30th of the same month and year,

was authorized to the Executive Body in the Ramo de Hacienda, so that by its holder or the official whom he shall appoint, shall subscribe on behalf of the State and Government of the Republic of El Salvador, a Loan Contract with the Bank

Central American Economic Integration (BCIE), in the amount of up to FORTY-FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED 00/100 U.S. DOLLARS AMERICA

(US$ 44,887,500.00), destined to finance the "Construction, Equipment and Modernization of the Central Offices of the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of El Salvador", which was approved in all its parts by

means of Legislative Decree N ° 1011 dated 28 April 2015, published in the Official Journal N ° 77, Volume No. 407, of the 30th of the same month and year.

II.-That of the amount referred to above, the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic requires to use

for the present financial year fiscal 2015, the amount of THIRTEEN MILLION HUNDRED THIRTY ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FIVE 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 13,230,135.00), with the

purpose of initiating the implementation of Project No. 6093 " Construction, Equipment and Modernization of the Central Office of the Prosecutor General's Office General of the Republic of El Salvador ", intended to cover different payments in concept

an estimate to the construction company; advance and two estimates to the supervisory company and the operating cost of the Project Executive Unit (PEU), for the period from July to December 2015.

III.-That for the purpose of the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic, it may have the necessary budgetary coverage to initiate the execution of Project No.

6093 " Construction, Equipment and Modernization of the Offices Central to the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of El Salvador ", it is necessary to reform the Law of the Current Budget, voted by Legislative Decree No. 866, of

dated November 20, 2014, published in the Official Journal No. 229, No 405 of 8 December of the same year, incorporating in paragraph II-REVENUE, resources from the Loan Contract No. 2146, signed

with the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (BCIE), for the amount of THIRTEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 13,230,135.00)

and in paragraph III-EXPENSES, in the part corresponding to the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic, is incorporated the Budget Unit 05 Physical Infrastructure, Line of Work 01 Construction and Equipment of Building, with the amount of THIRTEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY FIVE
