DECREE NO 46

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

l.-That the Mother Cria Association, an apolitical, non-profit organization, of the domicile of Zacatecoluca, Department of Peace, has among one of its aims

fundamental to contribute to the economic and social development of the country, through health care to people of limited economic resources.

ll.- For the achievement of its objectives, the Organization "Vision For All"-"Vision For All", based in the city of Linköping, Sweden, has made it a donation of four thousand four hundred and fifty (4,450) pairs of used lenses, valued

in Four thousand four hundred and fifty dollars from the United States of America, to be distributed free of charge to people of scarce economic resources of the Municipalities of San Pedro Nonualco and San Pedro Masahuat, Department

of La Paz, places where a 'Ophthalmological Campaign' will take place between 14 and 30 July 2015.

III.-That the total lot of four thousand four hundred and fifty (4,450) pairs of lenses

used, will be entered in the luggage of the delegation of the Organization traveling from Sweden, consisting of seven people, who will enter the

IV.-That in accordance with the powers conferred upon this Legislative Assembly by the Constitution of the Republic, it is appropriate to exonerate the payment of taxes,

including bodegage, which may cause the introduction to the donor country mentioned above.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-To pay the Mother Cria Association, the payment of import taxes, including a debodege, which could cause the introduction to the country of a donation that the Organization "Vision For All"-"Vision For AII", has made to them, consisting of In four thousand four hundred and fifty (4,450)

pairs of used lenses, valued at four thousand four hundred and fifty dollars of the United States of America.

Such lenses will enter the country in baggage of representatives of the "Vision For All"-"Vision For AII", from Sweden, according to detail: 14 July, Mr Nelson Gomez (650 lenses) and 16 July 2015 the other members of the delegation: AnnikaHook (650 lenses), John Joseph Godoy (550 lenses), Beatrice Sofia Fransson (650 lenses), Melodi Roohi (650 lenses), Maja Berger
