DECREE NO 61

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 144, dated November 16, 2006, published in Official Journal No. 229, Volume No. 373, of December 7 of the same

year, the Legislative Assembly authorized the Executive Body in the Ramo de Hacienda, so that by means of its holder or the official that he will appoint, he will subscribe on behalf of the State and Government of the Republic of El Salvador, a

IFAD Loan Financing Agreement Nº 666-SV, with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), for the amount of SDR 9,950,000, approximately equivalent to FOURTEEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHT THOUSAND

ONE HUNDRED ONE 89/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ($14,308,101.89) and the Donation Nº 784-SV to the amount of DEG 670,000, equivalent to approximately NINE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND

FOUR HUNDRED AND SIXTY 13/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ($963,460.13), resources allocated to the implementation of the "Rural Development and Modernization Project for the Eastern Region (PRODEMORO)"; Convention that was approved by Legislative Decree No. 742, dated 5 of

November 2008, published in the Official Journal No. 211, Volume No. 381, from 10 of the same month and year.

II.-That according to the information provided by the Agricultural and Livestock Ramo, the amount corresponding to the IFAD Loan Agreement Nº 666-SV currently amounts to $15,032,758.50 depending on the type of

change in the current negotiation minute, the amount of which the MAG has executed from 2009 to 2014 the amount of $13,835,531.87 and has been programmed in the Law of the Current Budget of 2015, voted by Legislative Decree No. 866,

dated November 20, 2014, published in the Official Journal No. 229, Volume No. 405, December of the same year, the amount of $1,001,115, reflecting an availability of $196,111.63, which is required at this opportunity the

amount of $1114,865, for the purpose of financing commitments acquired with organizations of Producers in the Eastern Zone of the country, who are cared for through the management of rural businesses and assistance productive; considering

in addition, that Program 3752 is in its final phase of execution.

III.-That with the purpose that the Agriculture and Livestock Ramo can count on

the resources necessary to complement the Allocations to this Program during the current financial year 2015, it is necessary to amend the current Budget Law, by increasing in Section II-REVENUE,

the Specific Source 31404 Of Bodies Multilateral, with the amount of ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY-FIVE 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE STATES UNITED OF AMERICA ($114,865.00) and in Section III-EXPENSES, in the part corresponding to the Ramo of Agriculture and Livestock, Unit
