DECREE NO 57

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 778 dated 21 August 2014, published in Official Journal No 167, Volume N ° 404, of September 10 of the same year,

the Ministry of Finance was authorized to make the payment effective I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THE EUROPEAN UNION IS A MEMBER OF THE EUROPEAN UNION. extinct National Telecommunications Administration

(ANTEL), in a listing that was attached to it.

II.-That for an inadvertent error, the number of the

Single Identity Document (DUI) of one is mislinked. of the beneficiaries of the previous Decree, which makes it impossible to make such compensation effective.

III.-That for the reasons set out above, it is necessary to reform the mentioned Decree, in order to translate the correct number of the Single Identity Document (DUI).

FOR TANTO,

in use of its Constitutional powers and on the initiative of the Deputy Lorena Guadalupe Peña

Mendoza and the Deputy Victor Hugo Suazo.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-Correct the Single Identity Document (DUI), of an ex-worker of the defunct National Telecommunications Administration (ANTEL), to be used for the benefits that it establishes

Legislative Decree No. 778, dated August 21 2014, published in Official Journal No 167, Volume N ° 404 of 10 September of the same year, as follows:

Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
