DECREE NO 66
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities comprising the
Department of Peace, does not conform to the present development of the technology in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor to the
II.-What with the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to perform a
delimitation and precise demarcation of these limits.
III. The process of dialogue between the municipalities
involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Geographic Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act CUYULTITAN-SAN FRANCISCO CHINAMECA with reference No. 0801-0809, which is taken as the basis for the contents of the
this Decree and annexed as an integral part of it.
IV.-That according to Art. 131 Ordinary 5 ° of the Constitution it is the competence of
this Authority of the State to decree, to interpret authentically, to reform and repeal secondary laws.

in use of its Constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputies Guadalupe Antonio
Vasquez Martínez, Lucia del Carmen Ayala de León, Audelia Guadalupe López de Kleutgens and the Former Deputies Manuel Vicente Menjivar, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Carlos Cortez Hernandez, Nery Arély Díaz Aguilar, Mario Alberto Tenorio Guerrero, Santos Guevara Ramos, Karla Gisela Abrego and Mildred
Guadalupe Machado.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Cuyultitan and San Francisco Chinameca, both of the Department of La Paz, the following:
The trace of the Municipal Limit consists of a single path determined by a section, formed by two points, numbered from one to two, per natural hydrographic element.
Trifinium starting point. It is located in the interception of the extension of the Northern line of the plot eighty-three, of the sector zero eight zero one R zero one, with the central axis of the Rio Comalapa, where the point number one is located, at the same time trifinium for San Francisco Municipalities

Chinameca, Cuyultitan and Olocuilta, all belonging to the Department of Peace. Its coordinates are the same Length, four hundred and eighty-nine thousand six hundred and sixty-one point ten meters; Latitude
equal two hundred and seventy-one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three-point eighty-four meters. Their adjoining ones are, for the Municipality of San Francisco Chinameca, plot two hundred and thirty-nine, of the field zero eight zero nine R ten; for the Municipality of Cuyultitan, plot eighty-three, of the field
zero eight zero one R zero one and for the Municipality of Olocuilta, parcel one thousand nine hundred forty, from sector zero eight zero five R zero five.
Single Way
Single tranche, from point number one to point number two. With a southeastern course, in a winding line,
by the central axis of the Comalapa River, downstream, to the mouth of the river Panchimilama, where the number two is located, with a distance of approximately two thousand. five hundred and thirty-two-point forty-eight meters. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred
ninety thousand eight hundred and ninety-five point thirty-eight meters; equal latitude, two hundred and seventy thousand two hundred and seventy-nine meters. Its adjoining are, for the Municipality of San Francisco Chinameca, plots two hundred and thirty-nine and four hundred and seventy-one, both of the sector
zero eight zero nine R ten, plots eighty-five, thirty-seven, thirty-eight and Eighty-three, all of the sector zero eight zero nine R eleven; for the Municipality of Cuyultitan, plot eighty-three, of the field zero eight zero one R zero one.
Trifinium point of arrival. The point of arrival will be the one described as number two, which at the same time is a triphinium point for the municipalities of San Francisco Chinameca, Tapalhuaca and Cuyultitan, all belonging to the Department of La Paz. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of San Francisco
Chinameca, plot eighty and three, of the field zero eight zero nine R eleven; for the Municipality of Tapalhuaca, plot eighty, of the field zero eight twenty R zero two and for the Municipality of Cuyultitan, plot eighty-three, from sector zero eight zero one R zero one.
Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
