THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That by Resolution DE-97/09, dated September 9, 2009, the Executive Board of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), approved the
creation of the Mesoamerican Health Fund, in order to provide the non-refundable funding for the Mesoamerica Health Program 2015 -El Salvador; in that same context, the Fund's Donors Committee
Mesoamerican Health, dated July 22, 2011, approved funding for the first of two operations of the Mesoamerica Health Program 2015-El Salvador.
II. Legislative Decree No. 1037 dated March 29, 2012, published in Official Journal No. 63, Volume N ° 394, of the 30th of the same month and year,
the Framework Convention on Non-Reimbursable Financing of the Fund was ratified in all its parts Mesoamerican Health Program called "Mesoamerica Health Program 2015 -El Salvador" and the first Individual Convention of Non-refundable Investment Financing of the Mesoamerican Health Fund
GRT/HE-12982-ES, GRT/HE-12983-ES, called "Mesoamerica Health Initiative 2015 -El Salvador First Individual Project", both signed on January 10, 2012 by the Representative of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in
El Salvador, acting in his capacity as administrator of the Mesoamerican Health Fund and the Minister of Finance, representing the Government of the Republic of El Salvador, acting as a beneficiary, with a non-
repayable financing that amounted to the amount SIX MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 6,500,000), of which, the amount of FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE
THOUSAND 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$4,875,000) The United States of America
(US$1,625, 000) will be destined for a Tramo of Performance.
III.-That by Legislative Decree No. 969, of the United States of America
(US$1,625,000) date 25 March 2015,
published in Official Journal No 66, Volume No 407 of 15 April 2015 year, the Second Individual Agreement on Non-Refundable Financing of Investment from the Mesoamerican Health Fund was ratified in all its parts
GRT/HE-14650-ES, GRT/HE-14651-ES, called " Mesoamerica Health Initiative 2015-El Salvador Second Individual Operation ", with non-refundable financing amounting to THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED
FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND FORTY-FIVE 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 3,944,645), which It includes an amount of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THREE 75/100 U.S. DOLLARS

OF AMERICA (US$2,958,483.75), for the Investment Tramo and NINE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-ONE $25/100 OF THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 986,161.25), for the Performance Tramo.
IV.-As stipulated in Annex I of the Convention under consideration, the Tramo
Investment for TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-THREE 75/100 DOLLARS FROM THE STATES UNITED DE AMERICA (US$2,958,483.75), will finance different categories of expenditure
aimed at strengthening the provision of reproductive, maternal, neonatal and child health services in the first level of care of the Municipalities more poor; so, the amount requested to incorporate into this
opportunity within the current budget of 2015 of that Ramo, for SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND FORTY 00/100 DOLLARS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 730,840) corresponds to said Tramo
and will serve to strengthen the Project 6015 Health Program Mesoamerica 2015-El Salvador and whose resources will be destined for the acquisition of pharmaceutical and medicinal products, fuels and lubricants, medical supplies
surgical, computer equipment, among other goods and services indispensable.
V.-That to the effect that the Ramo of Health may have the resources of the Donation in reference, it is necessary to modify the Law of the current Budget
voted by Legislative Decree No. 866, dated November 20 2014, published in Official Journal No 229, Volume No 405 of 8 December of the same year, increasing in Section II-INGRESOS, Rubro 22-Transfers of
Capital, Account 224 Transfers of Capital of External Sector, Specific Source 22404 Of Multilateral Organizations, with the amount of SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED Forty 00/100 U.S. DOLLARS
UNITED OF AMERICA (US$ 730,840) and in Section III-EXPENSES, in the part corresponding to the Health Ramo, literal B. Allocation of Resources, incorporated in the Budget Unit 10 Health Initiative Mesoamerica 2015 -El Salvador,
the Line of Work 02 Second Operation- Strengthening of the First Level of Care; also, in the Numeral 5. List of Public Investment Projects, in the Budget Unit 10 Mesoamerica Health Initiative 2015 -El Salvador,
Working Line 02 Second Operation-Strengthening the First Level of Care, the Project 6015 is incorporated Mesoamerica Health 2015-El Salvador, with the amount of SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
FORTY 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 730,840).

DECRETA:
Art. 1.-In the current Budget Law, Section -A General Budget of the State, the following modifications are introduced:
A) In Section II-REVENUE, Rubro 22 Capital Transfers, Account 224 Capital Transfers of the Sector External, the Specific Source 22404 of Multilateral Organisms is increased, as follows:

Inter-American Development Bank.
