DECREE NO 93
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Ahuachapan, does not conform to the present development of the
technology in registration and of territorial measurement; nor to the
II.-What with the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.

DECRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Ahuachapan and Apaneca both of the
Department of Ahuachapan, the following:
The trace of the Municipal Limit consists of nine commutes. The first path, formed of
a stretch, determined with two points numbered from the point number one to the point number two, by land communication; the second path, formed of a stretch, determined with two numbered points of the two to the three, per natural hydrographic element; the third journey, formed of a section,
determined with two points numbered from three to four, by land communication; the fourth journey, consisting of a section, determined with two points, numbered of four to five, per line of plots; the fifth journey, consisting of a section, determined with two points numbered from five to six, by land communication; the sixth path, formed of a stretch, determined with two

numbered points of six to seven, per plot lines; the seventh route, formed of a section, determined with two points, numbered from seven to eight, by land communication; the eighth
journey, consisting of one section, determined with two points, numbered eight to nine, per line of plots; the ninth journey, formed of a section, determined with two numbered points from nine to ten, line imaginary on the water mirror of the Green Lagoon.
Trifinium starting point. It is located in the interception of the extension of the property line dividing the plots two, from the zero sector one zero one R thirty-four and the thirty-seven,

Single Tramo, from point number one to the number two point. With a southeastern course, in a winding line,
by the central axis of the old street that led from the City of Apaneca to the City of Concepción de Ataco, to intercept the central axis of the Quebrada known as Las Lajas, where the point number two, with a distance of approximately one hundred and forty-eight point forty-four
meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred ten thousand three hundred and seventy-nine point thirty-five meters; equal latitude, three hundred and seven thousand fourteen points ninety meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Ahuachapan, plot two, from the zero sector one zero one R thirty-four; for
the Municipality of Apaneca, plot sixty-four, of the sector zero one zero two R zero one.
Journey two
Single leg, from point number two to point number three. With a northeast direction, in a winding line,
by the central axis of the Quebrada Las Lajas, upstream, to intercept the central axis of the street that of the Beneficio San Ramón leads to the Canton and Caserio El Saltillal, where the point is located number three, with an approximate distance of one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six point thirty meters. Their
coordinates are equal length, four hundred and eleven thousand eight hundred and thirty-three point forty-four meters; equal latitude, three hundred and seven thousand fifty-three point seventy-nine meters. Trifinium point of arrival. The point of arrival will be the one described as number ten, which at the same time is trifinium for the Municipalities of Juayua, of the Department of Sonsonate, Ahuachapan
and Apaneca, both of the Department of Ahuachapan. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipalities of Juayua, Ahuachapan and Apaneca, with the water mirror of the Green Lagoon.
Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
