DECREE N ° 96
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That on March 23, 2015, the Exchange of Letters between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of Japan, which constitutes a
donation up to the sum of forty-three million, was signed. Seven hundred thousand Japanese Yen (¥ 43,700,000.), for the implementation of the Project for the Improvement of The Educational and Cultural Television Programs.
II.-That the Instrument referred to in the previous recital has been approved by Executive Agreement N ° 834/2015 of 25 May 2015 and submitted
Legislative Assembly for its ratification.
III.-That said Exchange of Letters does not contain any provision contrary to the
Constitution, being its ratification.
FOR TANTO,
in use of the authority established in Article 131, Ordinary 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, Ordinary 4th of the Constitution, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-The Exchange of Letters between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of Japan, which constitutes a donation up to the sum of forty-three million Japanese Yen (¥ 43,700,000), is ratified in all its parts. for the implementation of the Project for the
Improvement of Educational and Cultural Television Programs; which consists of a Proposal Note, which includes a Discussion Memory; a Response and Acceptance Note that transcribes verbatim the previous one, including the Discussion Memory; both notes dated March 23, 2015;
approved by the Executive Body in the Ramo de Relaciones Exteriores, by Agreement N ° 834/2015 of 25 May 2015.
Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal
