THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Ahuachapan, does not conform to the present development of the
technology in registration and of territorial measurement; nor to the
II.-What with the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.

Art. 1.-It is established as Limit between the Municipalities of Ahuachapan and Atiquizaya both of the
Department of Ahuachapan, the following:
This limit is composed of two portions, because continuity is interrupted
of the dividing line by the Municipality of Turin. The first portion consists of a single path, composed of five sections, determined with six points numbered one to six, per natural hydrographic element; which is described as follows:
Trifinium starting point. It is defined in the interception of the extension of the line of property that divides the eighteen plots, from the zero sector one zero nine R zero seven and the five hundred and ninety-three, from the field zero one zero three R zero one, with the central axis of the Rio Hot Water, where it is

ninety-three, from the field zero one zero three R zero one and for the Municipality of Ahuachapan, plot two, from the sector zero one zero one R zero eight.
Single Way
Stretch one, from point number one to point number two. With a southeastern course, in a winding line,
