DECREE NO 102
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Ahuachapan, does not conform to the present development of the
technology in registration and of territorial measurement; nor to the
II.-What with the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.

Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act AHUACHAPAN- JUAYUA with reference No. 0101-0307, which is taken as the basis for the content of the present I decree and annex as an integral part of it.
IV.-That pursuant to Art. 131 Ordinary 5 ° of the Constitution it is the competence of this State Authority to decree, interpret authentically, reform and repeal
Secondary Laws.

Vasquez Martínez, Carlos Armando Reyes Ramos and former Deputies Carlos Cortez Hernandez, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Nery Arély Díaz Aguilar, Manuel Vicente Menjívar and Ana Daysi Villalobos Membreno.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Ahuachapan and Juayúa, of the
Departments of Ahuachapan and Sonsonate, the following:
The trace of the Municipal Limit consists of five journeys. The first trip, formed of
a single stretch, determined with two points numbered from one to two, through imaginary line on the water mirror of the Green Lagoon; the second path, formed of a single stretch, determined with two points numbered from two to three, per line of plots; the third journey, consisting of six tranches,
determined with seven points, numbered from three to nine, by land communication; the fourth journey, consisting of a single section, determined by two points numbered from nine to ten, by land communication; the fifth route, formed by a single stretch, determined with two points, numbered from ten to eleven, by plot lines.

Start Trifinium Point. It is located in the center of the water mirror, of La Laguna Verde, also known as Laguna of Apaneca, being this the number one point, at the same time point
trifinium for the Municipalities of Ahuachapan, Apaneca, both of the Department of Ahuachapan and Juayua, of the Department of Sonsonate. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred and fourteen thousand nine hundred and forty-three point thirty-one meters; latitude equal, three hundred and seven thousand eight hundred
twenty-three point fifty-five meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipalities of Ahuachapan, Juayua and Apaneca, with the water mirror of the Green Lagoon.
Journey one
Single Tramo, from point number one to the number two point. With course North forty-one degrees, fifteen minutes, zero one point fifteen seconds East, in an imaginary straight line, on the water mirror of the Green Lagoon, to intercept the Northern line of the parcel five hundred and ninety-five,
specifically on the bank of the mentioned lagoon, where the number two point is located, with an approximate distance of two hundred and sixty-two points twenty-three meters. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred fifteen thousand and sixteen point twenty-one meters; latitude equal, three hundred
eight thousand twenty point seventy and one meters. Its adjoining members are, for the Municipality of Ahuachapan, portion of the water mirror, of La Laguna Verde; for the Municipality of Juayua, likewise, with a portion of the water mirror, of the mentioned lagoon.
Journey two
Single Tramo, of the point number two to point number three. With a northeast direction, in a broken line, by plot lines, to intercept the central axis of the neighborhood street, which of the Canton and Caserio El Anonal leads to the Canton and Caserio San Juan de Dios, where the number three point is located, with
a distance of approximately one thousand six hundred five point thirteen meters. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred and sixteen thousand one hundred and thirty-six point fifty-three meters; equal latitude, three hundred and eight thousand two hundred twelve point twenty-three meters. Its adjoining are, for the Municipality of Ahuachapan,
plot four hundred and thirty-three, three hundred and forty-one (Finca The Alps), four hundred and twenty-one, four hundred and twenty-two, four hundred and nineteen and four hundred and twenty, all of the zero sector one zero one R thirty-three; for the Municipality of Juayua, plots five hundred and ninety-five (Finca Santa
Margarita), seven, eighteen, thirty-two, all from the field zero three zero seven R zero one, plot one hundred sixty and four, zero-sector one zero one R thirty-three.
Journey three
Tramo one, from point number three to point number four. With a southeastern course, in a winding line, along the central axis of the neighborhood street that of the Canton and Caserio El Anonal leads to the Canton and Caserio San Juan de Dios, to intercept the central axis of the neighborhood street that of the Canton and Caserio San Juan de Dios
leads to the Cuyanausul Canton, where the number four point is located, with an approximate distance of three hundred and eighty nine points eighty meters. Arrival Trifinium Point. It will be the one described as the eleventh point, which at the same time is a triphinium point for the Municipalities of Ahuachapan and Atiquizaya, both of the Department of Ahuachapan
and Juayua, of the Department of Sonsonate. Their adjoining ones are, for the Municipality of Ahuachapan, plot one hundred and seventy-five, of the sector zero one zero one R thirty; for the Municipality of Atiquizaya plot two hundred and forty-four, of the sector zero one zero three R ten and for the Municipality of Juayua plot
