DECREE NO 117

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That on September 10, 2015, the Legislative Assembly met the motion of the Deputy Lorena Guadalupe Peña Mendoza, in the sense permission is granted

to the Salvadoran citizen, Mirian Evelyn of the Rosario Damas de Record, so that you can accept the "Order of Merit" decoration, which the Government of the Republic Federal of Germany has conferred on him.

II.-That according to the provisions of the Ordinary 23rd of Art. 131 of the Constitution, it is appropriate to grant him the requested permission.

BY TANTO,

in use of his Constitutional faculty established in Art. 131, Ordinary 23rd, at the initiative of the Deputy Lorena Guadalupe Peña Mendoza and with the accession of the Deputy Rodolfo Antonio Parker Soto.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-Grant the Salvadoran citizen, Mirian Evelyn del Rosario Damas de Grabs, permission to accept the "Order of Merit" award, which the Government of the Federal Republic of

has conferred on her.

Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal

.
