DECREE N ° 126

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 150 dated October 2, 2003, published in Official Journal No. 198, Volume N ° 361, of 24 October of the same year

year, was declared for a period of 3 years, exempt from the payment of all types of taxes, including municipal taxes that may cause the benefits to be provided Salvadoran musical ensembles and artists in their different

specialties, according to the table established in it.

II.-That the aforementioned Decree was issued in the wake of the economic crisis that

of October 25 of the same year, reform that expires on the 25th of October of this year.

IV.-That the economic crisis through which the joint reference While the maturity of this tax incentive is still to be due, it is appropriate to extend for two more years the effects

set out in Legislative Decree No. 150, which has been referred to in The first recital of this Decree.
