DECREE NO 142
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 866 dated 20 November 2014, published in Official Journal No 229, Volume N ° 405, of December 8 of that
same year, the Budget Law for the financial year was voted Fiscal 2015, for a value of FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND TWENTY-THREE MILLION TEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED Sixty 00/100 U.S. DOLLARS
AMERICA (US$4,823,010,660.00).
II.-That due to the difficult situation of public finances, there are currently
urgent and unpostponed needs in different public sector institutions that do not have budgetary allocations within their respective institutional budgets, which are required to be addressed
in order to contribute to the fulfilment of its institutional goals and purposes.
III.-Which in accordance with the provisions of Art. 226 of the Constitution of the Republic, the Executive Body, through the Ramo de Hacienda as responsible
of the direction of Public Finance, conducted a new technical study on the behavior of fuel prices in international markets, having determined that savings will be generated in the
allocations Budget of the Economy Ramo, destined for the payment of the subsidy to the liquefied gas for a value of NINE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND 00/100 DOLLARS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$9,500,000.00)
and that they can be used for the purposes related.
IV.-That with the purpose that the different institutions of the sector public can
cover its priority demands, it is required to carry out in the Budget Law of 2015, a Transfer of resources between budget allocations of different Ramos and Public Sector Entities, as well: in Section III- EXPENSES,
increases the Ramo of Finance with TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED AND SEVENTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$2,517,760.00); the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic with ONE MILLION
FOUR hundred EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND TEN 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$1,488,410.00); the Attorney General's Office with FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY THOUSAND
00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 440,000.00); the Ramo of Justice and Public Security with TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND THIRTY 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE STATES
UNITED OF AMERICA (US$2,413,830.00) and the Ramo of Agriculture and Livestock with TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED AND FORTY THOUSAND 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$2,640 ,000.00), incorporating in This institution, in the Budget Unit 02 Agricultural Economy, the Line of

Social Investment for Local Development, incorporating the Budget Unit 06 Program Support to Veterans of War, Line of Work 01 Veterans of War, with an amount of NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND 00/100
DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 950,000.00).

in use of its Constitutional powers and on the initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Finance.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-In the current Budget Law, Section -A GENERAL BUDGET OF THE STATE
the following modifications are introduced:
A) In section III-EXPENSES, it is reinforced with an amount of US$ 9,500,000 the allocations of
different Institutions of the Public Administration and is incorporated in the Agricultural and Livestock Ramo in the Budget Unit 02 Agricultural Economy, the Line of Work 03 Strategic Food Reserve, with its purpose and amount, as The following is the following:
