DECREE NO 175
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That by means of the Executive Agreement in the Ramo of Hacienda N ° 2232, dated December 15, 2014, was incorporated into the Law of Budget 2014 of the Ministry
of Environment and Natural Resources, in the Unit Budget 04 Programmes and Projects of the Environment, Working Line 02 Strengthening of Capabilities of the MARN and Vulnerable Municipalities for Reduction of
Risks and Adaptation to Climate Change, Investment Project 6213 "Remodeling of the MARN's No. 2 Building in San Salvador," financed from the resources of the General Fund for an amount of $272,506.00, which consists
mainly in the structural change of emergency exit stands, enabling emergency exits for basement level, enabling rest areas and food intake for employees who take turns of 24
hours in the area of the Environmental Observatory and other works of redevelopment, which are being developed, in order to improve working conditions and eliminate the risks of accidents to the employees of the Institution.
II.-That the project 6213 referred to, was awarded on the 24th day of December 2014, for an amount of $272,505.92, by contract MARN N ° 049/2014 called "Remodeling of the building N ° 2 of the MARN in San Salvador", in an
total area of 496.48 mts2; so that said project is not scheduled in the 2015 Budget Law, as its implementation during the present fiscal year is being financed by an accounting provision 2014.
III.-That during the execution of this project, the need to carry out additional works and that they include adjustments in the design of the Clinic
has arisen; in addition, it is necessary to redefine routes of water pipes rain and drinking and electrical power, as well as several repairs in false skies, windows and walls, for a total value of $15,179.00, which will be
financed with budget allocations from the same Ramo.
IV. Environment and Natural Resources Ramo can
have the structure necessary to incorporate the Project of Investment Code 6213 "Remodeling of the building N ° 2 of the MARN in San Salvador", it is necessary to modify the Law of Budget of 2015, voted by
Legislative Decree No. 866, dated 20 of November 2014, published in Official Journal No 229, Volume N ° 405, 8 December 2014 as follows: in Section III-EXPENDITURE, in the part corresponding to the Environment Ramp
and Natural Resources, Budget Unit 04 Programmes and Environmental projects, the Working Line 05 Institutional Strengthening is incorporated, with the FIFTEEN THOUSAND HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-NINE 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 15,179.00); which is added to the numeral

DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-In the current Budget Law, Section -A General Budget of the State, the following modifications are introduced:
