DECREE NO 194
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the Kiwanis Los Robles Club is an apolitical, non-profit, or religious entity, member of an international community of service to the community, whose
objectives, among others, are to provide an altruistic service and build better communities.
II.-That for the achievement of their objectives they have realized an alliance with Global Smile Foundation, to support the operations of cleft lip, cleft palate and dental day, to be performed at the National Children's Hospital Benjamin
Bloom, from 15 to 24 January 2016, for the benefit of patients For this purpose, they will use medicines and medical, office, support and donated gifts, which will be introduced to the country on arrival.
III.-That will be attended by Doctors and nurses, of whom the Kiwanis Club The Robles, will take charge of the expenses of stay while the medical day is developed; and that the same is not for profit, I do not know
has the necessary resources to make the payment of the migratory rights for the entry to the country of the members of the medical members that will participate in that day, as well as of the The introduction of the medical equipment.
IV.-That according to the powers conferred on this Legislative Assembly by the Constitution of the Republic, it is appropriate to exonerate of the payment of taxes,
