DECREE NO 204
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Peace, does not conform to the present development of the technology in
registration and of territorial measurement; nor to the
II.-What with the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III. dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Institute
Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act SAN PEDRO NONUALCO-SANTIAGO NONUALCO with reference N ° 0816-0819, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and annexed as an integral part of it.
IV.-That pursuant to Art. 131 Ordinary 5 ° of the Constitution it is the competence of this Authority of the State to decree, to interpret authentically, to reform and to repeal

Deputies Manuel Vicente Menjívar, Mario Eduardo Brave Ortiz, Carlos Cortez Hernández, Nery Arély Díaz Aguilar, Mario Alberto Tenorio Guerrero, Santos Guevara Ramos, Karla Gisela Abrego and Mildred Guadalupe Machado.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of San Pedro Nonualco and Santiago Nonualco, both of the Department of La Paz, the following:
The trace of the Municipal Limit is made up of eighteen commutes. The first journey, consisting of a section, determined by two points, numbered one to two, per natural hydrographic element; the second path formed by a section, determined by two points, numbered two to three, by
plots; the third journey, consisting of a section determined by two points, numbered from three to four, by land communication; the fourth journey, consisting of a section determined by two points, numbered four to five; line of plots; the fifth route, consisting of a section, determined by two points, numbered of five to six, by land communication;

Trifinium starting point. It is located at the mouth of the River Timiaya, on the left bank of the Jiboa River, where the number one point is located, which is trifinium point for the Municipalities of
San Pedro Nonualco, Santiago Nonualco and San Juan Tepezontes, all belonging to the Department of Peace. Its coordinates are equal length, five hundred thousand nine hundred and fourteen point ninety seven meters; latitude equal, two hundred and seventy-two thousand four hundred and fifty-six point forty
