DECREE NO 226
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Ahuachapan, does not conform to the present development of the
technology in registration and of territorial measurement; nor to the
II.-What with the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III. Dialogue between the Municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Center of Records and the Institute
Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Act of Municipal Limit APANECA-SAN PEDRO PUXTLA with reference N ° 0102-0110, which is taken as the basis for the content of the present I decree and annex as an integral part of it.
IV.-That pursuant to Art. 131 Ordinary 5 ° of the Constitution it is the competence of this State Body to enact, authentically interpret, reform and repeal
secondary laws.

in use of its Constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputies Guadalupe Antonio Vasquez Martínez, Carlos Armando Reyes Ramos and former Deputies Carlos Cortez Hernández, Mario
Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Nery Arély Díaz Aguilar, Manuel Vicente Menjívar and Ana Daysi Villalobos Membreno.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Apaneca and San Pedro Puxtla, both of the Department of Ahuachapan, the following:
The trace of the Municipal limit consists of six commutes. The first journey, consisting of two sections, determined with three points numbered from one to three, per natural hydrographic element;
the second journey, consisting of a single section, determined with two points numbered from three to four, by plots of plots; The third path, formed of two sections, determined with three points numbered from four to six, by land communication; the fourth route, formed of a single
stretch, determined with two numbered points of the six to seven, per line of plots; the fifth journey, consisting of a single section determined with two points numbered from seven to eight, per natural hydrographic element; the sixth and last journey, consisting of a single section, determined with two points numbered from eight to nine, per line of plots.

Stretch one, from the point number one to the point number two. With a south-eastern direction, in a winding line,
by the central axis of the broken, nameless, downstream, until its mouth on the Tequendama River, where the number two point is located, with a distance of approximately four hundred and sixty points Seventy-nine meters. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred twelve thousand eighty

property that divides the plots eighty-seven and the ninety-two, both of the zero-sector one zero R zero seven, where the number three point is located, with an approximate distance of forty point thirty-four meters. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred twelve thousand and fifteen points

Sonsonate, Apaneca and San Pedro Puxtla, both of the Department of Ahuachapan. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Santa Catarina Masahuat, plot eighteen, of the field zero three thirteen R zero two; for the Municipality of San Pedro Puxtla, parcel eighty and eight, of the field zero one ten R zero one and for the Municipality of Apaneca, plots five and six, both from the zero sector one zero two R zero seven.
Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
