1 DECREE No. 250
THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
I.- by Legislative Decree No. 487, dated November 23, 2007, published in the Official Gazette No. 222, Volume No. 377, 28

II.- by Legislative Decree No. 1014, published in the Official Gazette No. 80, Volume 407, dated May 6, 2015, the aforementioned law was reformed, establishing
transport units should be installed passenger counting mechanisms, so that they could continue to receive the subsidy established.

DECREES the following: | || AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW FOR TRANSIENT sTABILIZATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE fEES COLLECTIVE PASSENGER
Art. 1. Intercálase in Article 7 between the second and third paragraphs, the following paragraph:.
"In those cases where equipment validators are installed either at terminals and / or stations, amounts to be paid as subsidy to borrowers public transit service respective passengers, they will be calculated in the manner provided in the preceding paragraph
. In addition, such equipment, for the purposes stated in the preceding paragraph may also be installed in places and in ways to establish and / or determine the Vice Ministry of Transport. "
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
