DECREE NO 259
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities comprising the Department of Freedom does not conform to the present development of the technology
in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II. The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III. dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Institute
Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act COMASAGUA- TAMANIQUE with reference N ° 0504-0518, which is taken as the basis for the content of the present Decree and annexed as an integral part of it.
IV.-That the Municipal Code in its Art. 23 establishes that it is the faculty of the Legislative Assembly to decree the definition of territorial limits.
V.-That according to Art. 131 Ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution is the competence of this First State Authority to decree, to interpret authentically, to reform
and to repeal secondary laws.

in use of its constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez and former Deputies Erik Mira Bonilla, Mildred Guadalupe Machado, Carlos Cortez Hernandez,
Nery Arely Diaz Aguilar, Rafael Ricardo Moran Tobar and Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Comasagua and Tamanique both of the Department of Freedom, the following:
The Tracing of the Municipal Limit is made up of four commutes. The first journey, composed of a section, determined with two points, numbered one to two, by line of plots; the second
journey, composed of one section, determined with two points, numbered two to three, by way of communication The third journey, consisting of two sections, determined with three points, numbered three to five, per line of plots; the fourth journey, composed of two sections, determined with three points, numbered five to seven, per element natural hydrographic.
