DECREE NO 267

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That on January 28, 2016, the Legislative Assembly met the request of the Deputy Director of Protocol and Orders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in

the sense is granted permission to Mr. Enrique Alberto Portillo Peña, to serve as the Honorary Consul of the Philippines in El Salvador, based in San Salvador. Salvador.

II.-That in accordance with the provisions of the 28th of Art. 131 of the Constitution, it is appropriate to grant the requested permission.

BY TANTO,

in use of its Constitutional faculty established in Art. 131, Ordinal 28th and on the initiative of the Deputy Jackeline Noemi Rivera Avalos.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-Permission to the Salvadoran citizen Enrique Alberto Portillo Peña, to serve as the Honorary Consul of the Philippines in El Salvador, based in San Salvador.

Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
