DECREE N ° 280
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That on March 13, 2015, the Second Additional Protocol to the Economic Complementation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of
El Salvador, the Government of the United Mexican States and the Government of the Republic of Guatemala in the field of Trade and Transport of Natural Gas; and the Third Protocol to the same Agreement, for the accession of the Republic of
Honduras.
II.-That the Instruments referred to in the previous recital have been
approved by Executive Agreement No. 1869/2015 of 22 October 2015 and submitted to the Legislative Assembly for ratification.
III.-That these Protocols do not contain any provisions contrary to the Constitution, being appropriate for their ratification.
FOR TANTO,
in use of the power established in Art. 131, Ordinary 7th of the Constitution in relation to with
the Art. 168, Ordinary 4th of it, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic, The Minister of Foreign Affairs.
DECRETA:
Art. 1.-The Second Additional Protocol to the Agreement
Complementation between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador, the Government of the United Mexican States and the Government of the Republic of Guatemala is ratified in all its parts. in the matter of Trade and Transport of Natural Gas; and the Third Additional Protocol to the Economic Complementation Agreement between the
Government of the Republic of El Salvador, the Government of the United Mexican States and the Government of the Republic of Guatemala on Trade and Transport of Natural Gas, Protocol of Accession of the Republic of Honduras, signed on March 13, 2015 and approved by Executive Agreement
N ° 1869/2015 of 22 October 2015.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal
.
