DECREE NO 281
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Usulutan, does not conform to the present development of the technology
in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor
II.-What with the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III. dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Center of Records and the Institute
Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Act of Municipal Limit JOY- JUCUAPA with reference N ° 1101-1109, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and is annexed as an integral part of it.
IV.-That in accordance with Art. 131 Ordinary 5 of the Constitution is the competence of this State Authority to decree, interpret authentically, reform and repeal
secondary laws.

DECRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Joy and Jucuapa both of the Department of Usulutan, the following:
The Tracing of the Municipal Limit is made up of eight commutes. The first single-leg composite path, determined by two points, numbered from one to two, by land communication;
The second one-leg train, determined by two points numbered from two to three, by plots of plots; The third path formed from a single tranche, determined by two numbered points from three to four, by land communication; the fourth journey formed by three
