1 DECREE No. 290

THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I.- on November 7, 2012, was signed the Beijing Treaty on Performances audiovisuals.
II the instrument referred Considering the above has been approved by Executive Decision No. 627/2013, of April 24, 2013, and submitted
consideration of this Legislature for ratification.
III that the treaty contains no provision contrary to the Constitution, from being
ratification.
THEREFORE,
in use of the power provided for in Art. 131, Ordinal 7 of the Constitution in conjunction with Art. 168, Ordinal 4 of the same, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic, five 2009 -2014,
by the then Deputy Minister for Salvadorans Abroad, in charge of the office. DECREES
:
Art. 1. is ratified in all its parts the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances, signed on 7 November 2012; approved by Executive Decision No. 627/2013
24 April 2013.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal
.
