DECREE N ° 290

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That on November 7, 2012, the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Interpretations and Executions was signed.

II.-That the Instrument referred to in the previous recital has been approved by Executive Agreement No. 627/2013 of 24 April 2013 and submitted

for consideration of this Legislative Assembly for its ratification.

III.-That said Treaty does not contain any provisions contrary to the Constitution,

being its ratification.

BY TANTO,

in use of the authority established in the Art. 131, Ordinal 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, Ordinary 4th of the Constitution, and at the initiative of the President of the Republic, five years 2009-2014,

through the then Deputy Minister for the Salvadoran Abroad, in charge of the dispatch.

DECRETA:

Art. 1.-The Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Interpretations and Executions, signed on November 7, 2012; approved by Executive Agreement No. 627/2013

on April 24, 2013, is ratified in all parts of the country.

Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal

.
