DECREE NO 308

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That the Exchange of Letters between the Government

of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of Japan on the Contingency Loan for Disaster Recovery was signed on November 25, 2015. Natural, for the sum of five billion Yenes.

II.-That the Instrument to which the Previous recital has been approved by Executive Agreement No. 12/2016 of 6 January 2016 and submitted to

consideration of this Legislative Assembly for ratification.

III.-That said Exchange of Letters does not contain any A provision contrary to the

Constitution, its ratification being appropriate.

BY TANTO,

in use of the power established in Art. 131, Ordinary 7th of the Constitution in relation to Art. 168, Ordinary 4th of the Constitution, and Initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Foreign Affairs,

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-The Exchange of Letters between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of Japan concerning the Contingency Loan for the Recovery of Natural Disasters, for the sum of 5 billion Yenes, is ratified in all its parts. which consists of a proposal note that includes

a record of discussions and a note of reply and acceptance, which transcribe verbatim the previous one, including the record of discussions, both notes written in Japanese, Spanish and Also, both the proposal and the response note are accompanied by a discussions written in

the English language; subscribed on November 25, 2015, approved by Executive Agreement N ° 12/2016 of 6 January 2016.

Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
