DECREE NO 336

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 213, dated December 10, 2015, published in Official Journal No. 4, Volume N ° 410, dated January 7

2016, the NATIONAL YOUTH AWARD LAW was issued, the which aims to recognize the talent and creativity of our country's young population.

II.-That for the purpose of achieving greater clarity in the interpretation of Law, it is necessary to reform Recital II and Article 5 of the Law mentioned in the preceding paragraph.

THEREFORE,

in use of its powers Constitutional and at the initiative of the deputies and deputies: Norma Cristina Cornejo Amaya, Rene Gustavo Escalante Zelaya and Numan Pompilio Salgado Garcia.

DECRETA the following:

REFORMS TO THE NATIONAL YOUTH AWARD LAW

Art. 1.-Reform the Recital 2 as follows:

" II. That by Legislative Decree No. 910 dated November 17, 2011, published in the Official Journal No. 24, Volume N ° 394 dated February 6, 2012, the GENERAL YOUTH LAW was issued, which mandates the National

Youth, INJUVE, to implement a National Policy of Youth and Sectoral Policies, in the interests of the integral development of this population and the guarantee of the full exercise of their rights. "

Art. 2.-Defeat the number five, and add a numeral four to Article 5, as follows:

" 4. Deliver the life of the organization, where the work of the organization is expressed and its trajectory in the category in which it will participate. "

Art. 3.-This Decree will enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
