DECREE N ° 353
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 572, dated June 16, 1993, published in Official Journal No. 133, Volume N ° 320, of July 15 of the same year, was issued
the Law on the Protection of Persons Suit Security Special.
II.-That by Legislative Decree No. 998, dated April 23, 2015,
published in Official Journal No 77, Volume No 407, of the 30th of the same month and year, was issued Transitional Provision to the Law to which reference has been made in the previous recital, in order that the Diputados and Deputies Owners that
ended their legislative period 2012-2015, will enjoy special protection for one year.
III.-That the causes previously exposed still persist, so it is appropriate to extend for the period of one year more the established in the Decree Legislative Regulation No 998 of 23 April 2015, as referred to in the previous recital of the present Decree.

Eliseo Hernandez, Pablo de Jesus Urquilla, Manuel Rigoberto Soto Lazo, Jesus Grande and Numan Pompilio Salgado Garcia.
DECCRETA, the following:
TRANSITIONAL PROVISION to Legislative Decree No 572, dated June 16, 1993,
published in Official Journal No. 133, Volume N ° 320 of July 15 of the same year, which contains the Law of Protection of Persons Suposed to Special Security.
Art. 1.-CARRY-OVER for another year, the effects of Legislative Decree No. 998, dated April 23, 2015, published in Official Journal No. 77, Volume No. 407, of the 30th of the same month and year.
Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
