THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 144, dated November 16, 2006, published in Official Journal No. 229, Volume N ° 373, of December 7 of the same

year, the Legislative Assembly authorized the Executive Body to the Ramo de Hacienda, so that by means of its holder or the official that he will appoint, he will subscribe on behalf of the State and Government of the Republic of El Salvador, a

IFAD Loan Financing Agreement N ° 666-SV, with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), for the amount of SDR 9,950,000, approximately equivalent to FOURTEEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHT THOUSAND

ONE HUNDRED ONE 89/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ($14,308,101.89) and a Donation No. 784-SV, for an amount of DEG 670,000, equivalent approximately to NINE HUNDRED AND SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND

FOUR HUNDRED AND SIXTY 13/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ($963,460.13), resources for the implementation of the "Rural Development and Modernization Project for the Eastern Region (PRODEMORO)", in this sense, dated January 22, 2007, the Government of the Republic of El

Salvador and the International Development Fund Agriculture signed the Financing Convention No. 666-SV and Donation No. 784 -SV, which was ratified in all its parts by Legislative Decree No. 742 dated November 5

2008, published in the Official Journal No. 211, Volume N ° 381, from 10 of the same month and year.

II.-That of the amount corresponding to the Agreement of Loan IFAD N ° 666-SV per DEG 9,950.000, to date the amount of DEG 9,829,228 has been executed, reflecting an availability of DEG 120,772, equivalent to $182,466.00, according to

the current trading minute exchange rate, of which value in this The opportunity is required to incorporate into the Law of Budget 2016, voted by Legislative Decree N ° 192, dated November 26, 2015,

published in Official Journal No. 231, Volume N ° 409, of December 15 of the same year, the amount of $13,980.00 for the program 3752 " Project Development and Rural Modernization of the Eastern Region (PRODEMORO) ", with

the purpose of financing the salaries of staff and expenses for the basic unit responsible for completing the phase of completion, closure and liquidation of the aforementioned project for the months of February and March 2016.

III.-That for the purpose of making the modification requested by the Ramo of Agriculture and Livestock, it becomes necessary to reform the Law of Budget
