DECREE N ° 387
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Ahuachapan, does not conform to the present development of the
technology in registration and of territorial measurement; nor to the
II.-What with the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III. dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Institute
Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act APANECA- CONCEPTION OF ATTACK with reference N ° 0102-0104, which is taken as the basis for the content of the Decree and annexed as an integral part of it.
IV.-That pursuant to Art. 131 Ordinary 5 of the Constitution is the competence of this State Authority to decree, interpret authentically, reform and repeal

Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Apaneca and Concepción de Ataco, both
of the Department of Ahuachapan, the following:
The trace of the Municipal Limit consists of fourteen journeys. The first journey, formed
of a single stretch, determined with two points, numbered one to two, by land communication; the second path, formed of a single section, determined with two points, numbered two to three, by Plot lines; the third path, consisting of a single stretch, determined with two
points, numbered from three to four, per natural hydrographic element; the fourth path, consisting of a single section, determined with two points, numbered from four to five, by line of parcels; the fifth journey, consisting of a single section, determined with two points, numbered five to six, per natural hydrographic element; the sixth path, consisting of a single stretch, determined with two

Trifinium starting point. It is defined in the interception of the central axis of the old street which of
the City of Conception of Ataco, led to the City of Apaneca (known as street to the Molino), with the extension of the Northern line of the plot thirty-seven, from the zero sector one zero four R zero two, place where the number one point is located, at the same time trifinium for the Municipalities of Ahuachapan,
Apaneca and Concepción de Ataco, all belonging to the Department of Ahuachapan. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred ten thousand two hundred and thirty-five point thirty-four meters; latitude equal, three hundred and seven thousand twenty-nine point seventy meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Ahuachapan, plot two, of the zero sector one zero one R thirty-four, for the Municipality of Apaneca,
