DECREE NO 393
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the Rotary Club of Santa Tecla is an organization, non-religious and non-profit.
II.-Which Rotary Club of Santa Tecla as part of the community contribution has developed several projects of assistance and social works in the
Department of Freedom, including health service and supports the public school system, and seeks to expand its health care services at the National Children's Hospital Benjamin Bloom.
III.-That according to the faculties that the Legislative Assembly gives to the Constitution of the Republic, it is appropriate to exonerate the payment of taxes,
including bodegaje, which can cause the introduction to the country of automotive vehicle to raise funds by means of an annual raffle.
BY TANTO,
in use of its Constitutional powers and at the initiative of Deputies Rodrigo Avila Avilés, Jorge Castaneda, Carlos Armando Munguía Sandoval, Lisseth Arély Palma Figueroa, Juan Alberto Brave Alvarez
and Ricardo Andres Velasquez Parker.
DECCRETA:
Art.1.-Exonerase from the payment of all taxes, including bodegage, except for Tax on the Transfer of Furniture and Services (VAT), which may cause
the introduction to the country in favor of the Rotary Club of Santa Tecla, an automotive vehicle with the following characteristics: brand: BMW; model: 318i; year: 2017; class: motor vehicle; chassis number vin: no number; number of chassis recorded: WBA8E310XHK495258; engine number: F4961447; color: black;
fuel: gasoline; capacity: 5 seats.
The exoneration granted is without prejudice to the surveillance and control that will be exercised by the
tax agencies respective.
Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
