DECREE NO 668

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Peace, does not conform to the present Development of the technology in the registry and

of measurement As well as the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.

II.-That with the registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Center of Records; it is possible the realization of a delimitation and

precise demarcation of these limits.

III.-That a process of dialogue between the municipalities involved has been developed

with the assistance of the National Center of Records and of the Geographic Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature

Municipal Limit SANTIAGO NONUALCO AND SAN LUIS LA HERRADURA with reference N ° 0819-0822, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and

is annexed as an integral part of it.

IV. Article 131 Ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution is the competence of

this State Authority to enact, authentically interpret, reform and repeal secondary laws.

in use of its powers Constitutional and at the initiative of the Deputies Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez, Mario Alberto Tenorio Guerrero, Lucia del Carmen Ayala de Leon, Audelia

Guadalupe Lopez de Kleutgens and former Deputies Manuel Vicente Menjívar, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Carlos Cortez Hernández, Nery Arely Díaz Aguilar, Santos Guevara Ramos, Karla Gisela Abrego and

Mildred Guadalupe Machado.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-It is established as a boundary between the Municipalities of Santiago Nonualco and San Luis La

Herradura, both of the Department of La Paz, the following:

The Municipal Limit trace consists of a single path, consisting of three sections,

determined by four points, numbered one to four, by plot lines.

Starting point. It is located in the interception of the central axis of the Rio Viejo or Comapa and the extension of the south lindero of the plot one hundred and ninety-four (Hacienda El Cauca), of the sector

zero eight nineteen R twenty, place where the point number is located one, at the same time

common, for the Municipalities of Santiago Nonualco, San Luis La Herradura, Santiago Nonualco (part

South) and El Rosario, all belonging to the Department of La Paz. Its coordinates are Length equal, five hundred two thousand three hundred and six hundred and eighty one meters; Latitude equal, two hundred

fifty-two thousand eight hundred and fourteen point sixty meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Santiago Nonualco, plot one hundred and ninety-four (Hacienda El Cauca), of the sector zero eight

nineteen R twenty; for the Municipality of San Luis La Herradura, parcel twenty-four, of the zero sector

eight twenty-two R-zero one; for the Municipality of Santiago Nonualco (South part), four hundred and sixty-two plots (Lotification Agricola Hacienda Los Naranjos), sector zero eight nineteen R

twenty-two and for the Municipality of El Rosario, Plot nine hundred and ninety-five, from sector zero eight zero two R eleven.

Single Journey

Tramo one, from point number one to point number two. With a south-eastern direction, in broken line, by line of plots, to intercept the extension of the south linderline of the plot

twenty-five, of the sector zero eight nineteen R twenty-one, where the point number two is located, with a distance Approximately three thousand five hundred and seventy seven hundred and seventy-eight meters. His

coordinates are equal length, five hundred and four thousand six hundred and seventy-one point eighty-seven

meters; equal latitude, two hundred and fifty-one thousand four hundred nine-point ninety-eight meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Santiago Nonualco, plots one hundred and ninety and

four, one hundred and ninety-two, one hundred and eighty-eight, one hundred and eighty-five, thirty-nine and thirty-eight, all of the sector zero eight nineteen R twenty; for the Municipality of St. Louis La Herradura,

plots twenty-four, twenty-five, forty-six, fifty-six, fifty-five, fifty-five, fifty-four, fifty-three, fifty-two, fifty, fifty-one, sixty-five, eighty,

eighty-one, one, twenty, nineteen, and twenty-one, all zero-sector eight twenty-two R zero one.

Tramo two, from point number two to point number three. With a southeastern course, in a straight line,

for the northern axis of the neighborhood street of the Hacienda Tihuilocoyo Agricultural Parcelation, until intercepting the central axis of the Rio Jalponga, where the number three point is located, with a distance of approximately

three thousand three hundred ten points eighty-nine meters. Its coordinates are equal Length,

five hundred and seven thousand nine hundred and sixty-four points seventy meters; latitude equal, two hundred and fifty-one thousand and sixty-six point twenty-one meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of

Santiago Nonualco, plots twenty-five, twenty-six, thirty-two, thirty-three, thirty-eight, forty-four, forty-five, eighty-six, all of the sector zero eight nineteen R twenty-one;

for the Municipality of St. Louis La Herradura, plots twenty-one, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen,

fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, sixty-nine, seventy, seventy-one, seventy-two, eighty-eight and one hundred and sixty-four, all zero-sector eight twenty-two R zero two.

Tramo three, from point number three to the point Number four. With course Southeast, online

straight, by line of plots, to intercept the west line of the plot fifty-nine (Hacienda Escuintla), of the sector zero eight twenty-one R thirty, place where the point number is located

four, with an approximate distance of three hundred and fifty-seven point fifty-six meters.

Its coordinates are equal Length, five hundred and eight thousand three hundred and fifteen-point forty-four meters; equal latitude, two hundred and fifty thousand nine hundred and ninety-eight point fourteen meters. Their

colindantes are, for the Municipality of Santiago Nonualco, plot five (Cooperativa de Sal), of the sector zero eight nineteen R twenty-one; for the Municipality of San Luis La Herradura, parcel four

(Hacienda Chichima), sector zero eight twenty-one R thirty.

Arrival Trifinium Point. The point of arrival will be the one described as number four, which at the same time is trifinium, for the municipalities of Zacatecoluca, San Luis La Herradura and

Santiago Nonualco, all belonging to the Department of La Paz. Its adjoining members are, for the Municipality of Zacatecoluca, plot fifty-nine (Hacienda Escuintla), of sector zero eight

twenty-one R thirty; for the Municipality of San Luis La Herradura, parcel four (Hacienda Chichima),

of the sector Zero eight twenty-two R-zero two; for the Municipality of Santiago Nonualco, plot five (Cooperative Sal Sheet), from sector zero eight nineteen R twenty-one.

Art. 2.-This Decree will enter into force eight days after its publication in the

Official Journal.
