VU The Constitution of 15 September 1992;
VU Law No. 191/AN/86/1st L on Commercial Societies in the Republic of Djibouti;
VU Decree No. 2011-0066/PRE of 11 May 2011 appointing the Prime Minister;
VU Decree No.2011-0067 /PRE of 12 May 2011 appointing members of the Government;
VU Decree No.2012-0076/PRE of 17/05/2011 fixing the powers of the Ministries;
VU LA Circular n°161/PAN of 05/07/12 calling for the first public meeting of the Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly;

The Council of Ministers heard at its meeting of 28 December 2012.

Article 1: This Act is adopted by the Djibouti Trade Code.

Article 2: This Act shall enter into force upon promulgation and shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Djibouti.
