VU The Constitution of 15 September 1992;
VU Decree No. 2011-0066/PRE of 11 May 2011 appointing the Prime Minister;
VU Decree No. 2011-0067/PRE of 12 May 2011 appointing members of the Government;
VU Decree No.2011-0076/PRE of 17 May 2011 establishing the powers of the Ministries;
VU Circular No. 221/PAN dated 06/10/12 calling for the first public session of the 2nd Ordinary Session of the year 2012/2013;

The Council of Ministers heard at its meeting on 25 September 2012.

Article 1: Section 1 of Act No.126/AN/01/4th L of 26 April 2001 is amended as follows: "At the end of the exercise of their function, former Prime Ministers who have served as Prime Minister for more than ten years without interruption receive a pension calculated on the highest index of the higher category of state employment. "


Article 2: All other articles of Act No.126/AN/01/4th L of April 26, 2001 remain unchanged.

Article 3: This Act will be published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Djibouti upon promulgation.
