The Council of Ministers heard in its meeting of 28 August 2012.

Article 1: Is ratified the funding agreement of 2 million SDRs or about 3 million USD corresponding to 533 million of our francs between the Republic of Djibouti and the International Agency for Development (IDA).

Article 2: The purpose of this funding is to finance the costs associated with the expansion of activities in order to further increase the impact of the rural community project on water and the capacity-building of the management of hydro and agro-pastoral resources in the project areas through a participatory approach to community development. The project consists of expanding the initial PRODERMO I project to the new geographic area of Sagallou-Tadjourah-Obock, in the Tadjourah and Obock regions.

Article 3: The maximum rate of the commitment commission payable on the undisbursed balance of the funding is half per cent (0.5%) per year.

Article 4: This Act will be published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Djibouti upon promulgation.
