VU The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women in its article 11 (e);
VU The Internal Rules of the National Assembly, in particular Article 33 (1);
VU Law No. 212/AN/07/5th L establishing the National Social Security Fund (C.N.S.S).
VU Law n°155/AN/02/4ème The revision of the terms of contributions for the acquisition of pension rights, the liquidation of pensions and pensions of widows and orphans of contributors to the Caisse Nationale de Retraites;
VU Law No.3/AN/92/2th L of 28 October 1992 reorganizing the National Fund of Retirees;
VU Order No.89-102/PR/FP repealing and superseding Decree No.83-097/PR/FP of 10 September 1983 on monetary compensation granted to public servants and public officials in the event of illness contracted in service or accident occurring in the performance of their duties;
VU Circular No.05/PAN of 21 January 2013 convoking the National Assembly in public session;

The Council of Ministers heard in its meeting of 19 June 2012.

Article 1: A new section 47 bis is added in Act No.3/AN/92/2th L of 28 October 1992 reorganizing the National Fund of Retirees in the following terms:

" In the case of a spouse who died before the retirement age of the incumbent contributors justifying 18 years of contribution, the beneficiaries will benefit from the reversion pension."

Article 2: This Act will be registered and published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Djibouti as soon as it is promulgated and executed wherever necessary.
