Article 1: The following international maritime conventions are ratified: 1. International Convention on the Measurement of Ships, 1969; 2. 1976 Convention on the Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims (LLMC 1976): 3. International Convention on Standards of Training for Seafarers, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) 1978); 4. International Search and Rescue Convention at Sea (SAR 1979); 5. 1989 International Convention on Maritime Assistance (Salvation 19 89) . Article 2: This Act will be enforced as a state law and published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Djibouti upon promulgation. |
