VU The Constitution of 15 September 1992;
VU Decree No.2013-044/PRE of 31 March 2013 appointing the Prime Minister;
VU Decree No. 2013-045 of 31 March 2013 appointing members of the Government;

The Council of Ministers heard at its meeting on 17 June 2014.


Article 1: Is ratified a loan agreement of 270,000 SDRs of US$ 4,230,000, or FDJ 750,825,000 and a grant agreement of SDR 4,000 of US$ 6,153,000, corresponding to FDJ 1 billion 92 million, a total of SDR 1,842 million between the Republic of Djibouti and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
Article 2: The overall objective of the program is to support populations in rural coastal areas affected by climate change to improve their resilience and reduce their vulnerability to these changes, as well as to promote co-management of marine resources.

Article 3: Loans made under particularly favourable conditions are exempt from interest, but support a three-quarter point service fee (0.75%) per year, payable each semester in the payment currency of the loan service charges; They include a 40-year repayment period, including a 10-year depreciation delay from the date the loan was approved by the Board of Directors of the Fund.

Article 4: This Act will be published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Djibouti upon promulgation.
