VU Decree No.2013-0058/PRE of 14 April 2013 establishing the powers of the Ministries;
VU Decree No.2001-0012/PRE/MEFPCP on General Regulation on Public Accounting;
VU Decree No.2012-244/PR/MEFIP of 12 November 2012 on the adoption and application of the budget nomenclature of the State;
VU Order No.2001-0224/PR/MEFPP adopting and implementing the State Accounting Plan;
VU Order No.2001-0096/PR/MEFPP of 26 May 2001 adopting and implementing the Treasury Plan for the State Budget;
VU Circular No.321/PAN of 25/12/14 calling for the second public session of the 2nd Ordinary Session of the year 2014;

The Council of Ministers heard in its meeting of 11 November 2014.

Article 1: Revenues and expenditures recorded under the State Budget for the 2013 fiscal year are finalized as follows:

Recovery of General Budget Recipes: 101.917.973.639
Less value in Budget General Recipes: 10.044.646.361

B - Expenditure
Estimates of General Budget Expenditures: 111.962.620.000

Achievements of Budget General Expenditures: 104.142.993.192
Reliquat in Budget General Expenditures: - 7.819.626.808 FD

C - Budgetary balance (- Deficit; + Excedent): - 2.225.019.553 FD

Article 2: This Act will be registered and published as the State Law in the Official Journal of the Republic of Djibouti upon promulgation.
