VU Law No.6/AN/78 of 1 February 1978 approving the accession of the Republic of Djibouti to the United Nations;
VU The Law bearing No. 87/AN/95/3rd L of 02 July 1995 ratifying the United Nations Convention on Climate Change;
VU Law No. 113/AN/96/3rd L of 03 September 1996 ratifying the Convention on Biological Diversity;
VU Act No.82/AN/00/4 L of 17 May 2000 on the organization of the Ministry of Habitat, Urbanism, Environment and Land Planning;
VU Law No.51/AN/09/6th L of July 1, 2009 on the Code of the Environment;
VU Decree No.2013-0044/PRE of 31 March 2013 appointing the Prime Minister;
VU Decree No.2013-0045/PRE of 31 March 2013 appointing members of the Government;
VU Decree No.2013-0058/PRE of 14 April 2013 establishing the powers of the Ministries;
VU Circular No.324/PAN calling for the fourth public session of the 2nd Ordinary Session known as the Budget Session of the year 2014/2015;

The Council of Ministers heard in its meeting of 11 November 2014.

Article 1: The ratification by the Republic of Djibouti of the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising from their use, relating to the Convention on Biological Diversity, is approved.

Article 2: This Act will be enforced as the Law of the State and published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Djibouti, as soon as it is enacted.
