ARTICLE 1: The Republic of Djibouti acceded to the Patent Cooperation Treaty, made in Washington on 19 June 1970, amended on 18 September 1979, on 03 February 1984 on 3 October 2001.

Article 2: This Act will be published upon promulgation.
