VU Law No.94/AN/00/4 L of 16 August 2000 approving the Schema Director of Urban Development of Djibouti and secondary cities;
VU Decree No.2016-109/PRE of 11 May 2016 appointing the Prime Minister;
VU Order No.2016-110/PRE of 12 May 2016 appointing members of the government;
VU Circular n°201/PAN dated 26/06/2016 convening the fifth public session of the 1st Ordinary Session of the Year 2016;

The Council of Ministers heard in its meeting on 19 January 2016.

ARTICLE 1: The Schemas Director of Planning and Urbanism of the cities of Ali Sabieh, Arta, Dikhil, Obock and Tadjourah, are adopted in accordance with the attached reports and plans.

Article 2: The Schemas Managers of the Towns of Ali Sabieh, Arta, Dikhil, Obock and Tadjourah apply within the boundaries as set out in the attached plans.
Article 3: All areas within the scope of the said SDAUs fall within the technical competence of the Ministry of Habitat, Urbanism and the Environment to ensure their implementation, monitoring, evaluation and updating.

Article 4: All provisions of these reporting and plans are enforceable in all central and decentralized administrations, public and private, civil and military legal entities.

Article 5: The Minister of Habitat, Urbanism and the Environment is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the guidance of this SDAUs, ensuring their implementation, establishing the necessary studies and plans of detail and making them applicable.

Article 6: All provisions of Act No.94/AN/00/4 L of 10 August 2000 are repealed and replaced by this Act.

Article 7: This Act will be published as soon as it is published.
